Before the contest starts, everyone is a winner. Every entering child photo will receive a winner’s certificate because Santa is One of the judges! Santa has a reputation for honesty, but Mrs. Claus, Rudolph and all the evlves agree that he is also somewhat lacking objectivity sometimes! So it’s certain that he will make every kid a winner somehow! After all, cute is in the eyes of the beholder!
