2. a bio on you, your band and/or a background about the song. A text file of any kind is acceptable. A .pdf is preferred
3. A jpeg image, preferably scaled as a CD cover, that you would like to accompany your song listing
4. A sentence stating that you are permitting us to include your song in Santa.net Christmas Song Search 2009
